Ladder of Success
The Ladder of Success is a four-step process taught by funder of the International G12 Movement, Pastor Cesar Castellanos, and diligently Implemented in every G12 church.

Consolidation is a very important step if we are to keep the new believer in the church so he or she can be discipled.

Church History
Great things start in small beginnings!
2002
We started in the Septimo family’s garage, with 20+ people in attendance. This happened only once. The next Sunday, we changed locations to Mang Fidel’s building at Almar Zabarte for 2 years.
2003
The first anniversary happened in the Bagong Silang covered court, where 400 attendees came. In its second year, JIOMTC opened its second service.
2012
In the 10th year of the church, JIOMTC started to practice the G12 Vision System.
2015
Pastor Dong Martin prayed for a land, 5 years before the end of contract in the Caacbay compound. The church also started the “piso para sa lote” fundraising.
2017
After 2 years of praying, Pastor Dong was informed by Mrs. Emy Lirazan about the vacancy of 1k land in La Forteza. It was in the same year that he had a chance to meet the landowner.
2019
Before the pandemic breakout, the promised land was paid in full. Days later, the landowner died. Opposition arose as homeowners and barangays filed a petition to hinder the project, claiming that the vacant area was La Forteza Subdivision’s amenities. Residents of La Forteza were asked to sign the petition. In the same year, JIOMTC held its groundbreaking ceremony.
2020
In early 2020, JIOMTC volunteers started working on the drainage system and foundation posts. The project was temporarily put on hold due to pandemic strict quarantine protocols.
2021

2023
By God’s grace, the land title was finally transferred to Jesus is our Mighty Tower Church’s name.
